All cancellations/substitutions must be submitted to APA WA in writing. Cancellations received on or before Wednesday, September 10, will receive a refund, less a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations received after Wednesday, September 10, will receive no refund. With prior notification, you may substitute a different name for your registration.
