Scholarship Auction SuccessChapter Student Scholarship CommitteeMany thanks to the hardworking Chapter Student Scholarship Committee for their efforts in coordinating and carrying off a successful Scholarship Auction as a part of the 2022 Chapter conference’s opening reception. The group procured a wide range of fabulous items for both the Live and Silent Auctions which created a great competition among the chapter members in attendance, and we had a very successful “Raise the Paddle” event as part of the auction. Auction proceeds benefit the state’s four accredited planning programs at the University of Washington-Seattle, Western Washington University, and Eastern Washington University. Many thanks to Auctioneers, Keith McClelland, and Joe Tovar FAICP; Committee members Esther Larsen, Judith Perez AICP, Kirk Rappe AICP, Michael Cardwell FAICP, Nancy Eklund AICP, and Steve Butler FAICP, plus a small army of day-of auction volunteers.
