The deadline to submit your proposals for the "Plan Slam!" has been extended to Sunday, September 8. Building on the success of last year's breakfast session at the 2023 Spokane conference, we invite planners to submit captivating, educational, and thought-provoking short stories to share with their peers. This is your opportunity to showcase innovative ideas about the planning world in a concise and visually engaging format.

 Annual Membership Meeting and Notice of Proposed                         By-Laws and Dues Changes

Members will vote on increasing Chapter Member dues from 25% to 30% of national APA dues and aligning the APA WA Board election cycle with the national APA. The board approved these changes on July 12, 2024. The notice fulfills the requirement to publish amendments one month before the Annual Meeting.

  3 Reasons Why You Should Support the Scholarship                            Auction on October 17th

The Student Scholarship Auction will be held on Thursday, October 17, at this year’s APA WA Chapter conference in Bellevue. All of the Auction proceeds will benefit students at Washington's three accredited Planning colleges. This fun event will include a live auction and a “raise the paddle” option.
