Call for "Plan Slam!" Sessions Although the call for sessions for the regular conference is past, we are continuing to consider Plan Slam! submittals. Planners are invited to propose fun, educational, and thought-provoking short stories to tell their peers. This is your opportunity to share big ideas about the planning world in a short presentation, and in a highly visual (and entertaining/engaging) way. We plan to host a Plan Slam on Friday morning, October 9, during the 2026 APA WA Conference in Vancouver, WA. What’s Plan Slam?
In your proposal, please include your name, a summary of the topic, and why this presentation will be educational, thought-provoking, fun, and entertaining. The conference committee will review the proposals and notify presenters by September 11 (they may reach out to you with questions). If selected, you'll be part of a six-topic lineup, presenting in rapid fire to an adoring crowd. Questions? Send an email to [email protected] with “Plan Slam!” in the subject line, and we’ll get right back to you. |
