Pub Crawl - "Discover Brewcouver" | Wednesday, October 7, 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Come explore local favorites on our Discover Brewcouver Pub Walk. Our host committee hand-picked our tour stops. And there’s food! Appetizers will be available at every stop, generously sponsored by the SW Section of APA Washington.
Meet at the front doors of the Convention Center on Columbia Street about 5:45 p.m. We’ll depart promptly at 6:00 p.m. Look for group leaders holding signs identifying the Pub Walk stops. Join a group, meet your fellow walkers, and head out together to the first location.
If you’ll join up later, no problem! Check the conference app or your “Know Before You Go” email for maps and locations so you can meet up along the way. So come on out with us, have fun hanging out with fellow planners and enjoy a tour of some of our favorite local haunts.

Waterfront Wine Walk | Wednesday, October 7, 5:45 PM - 8:00 PM
Sip your way along Vancouver's waterfront with fellow conference attendees at three tasting rooms during the Waterfront Wine Walk! Small bites will be provided and wine available for purchase. Limited space is available, register today!
Fun Run/Walk | Thursday, October 8, 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM
Join us for a guided fun run/walk starting at the Hilton. Choose between a three-mile run and a one-mile walk. Meet at the convention center doors on Columbia Street at 6:30 AM. Runners will take the Columbia River Renaissance Trail, cross the land bridge over HWY 14, and return through Fort Vancouver along Officer’s Row. Walkers will head down the Columbia River Renaissance Trail to the Old Apple Tree and back.
Welcome Reception and Silent Auction | Thursday, October 8, 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
The Silent Auction will take place during the Conference Reception, 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM, Thursday, October 8. Our goal this year is to raise $9,000 to fund scholarships for students enrolled in accredited planning programs. By participating, you’re helping future planners gain access to valuable educational opportunities to shape communities for the better.
