About the Tour

Want to learn about Spokane’s unique history and built environment? Want to know more about its urban morphology and its design over the years? Take the Wander Spokane City Tour. Participants will take a private city tour and learn about Spokane's past, present, and future through many different aspects. While walking throughout Riverfront Park the guide will discuss the many changes that happened at this location including the Spokane Tribe, the Railroad, and the 1974 World's Fair. Within the park, participants will view and learn about many pieces of public art, iconic landmarks and more. The tour will view the Falls from the Plaza of Truths and learn more about Spokane's Indigenous Peoples, the River, and the role of these types of plazas throughout Spokane.
