Land Use Case Law Webinar

The Municipal Research and Services Center will once again host a Land Use Case Law Update webinar on Thursday, Dec. 11 from noon to 1 p.m.  City Attorney and Hearing Examiner Phil Olbrechts will summarize crucial land use cases that have been heard in the past year.  He will also dispense advice that local governments will find helpful regarding land use regulation and the review of permits.

The MRSC webinar costs $35 and is eligible for 1.0 AICP CM credit (including 1.0 Law credit).
