Learn How Planners Can Help Reinvigorate Struggling Commercial Areas

The County Planning Division will offer a webinar, “Breathing New Life into Failed Commercial Corridors,” Thursday, November 6 from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Speakers will discuss what caused a large surplus of underperforming and vacant retail locations, why it is important to reinvest in these areas, and how local governments can work to have these properties redeveloped, including examples of public and private methods that have been used to make these projects a reality.
