President's MessageChapter President, Nancy Eklund, AICPShort column this time – it may be the lazy days of summer but there is just too much that needs to get done!! Don’t forget the upcoming WA/OR APA (Virtual) Conference, October 13-15. Registration materials should be out soon. Although the conference is virtual, we are encouraging people to hold local in-person events (as appropriate, pandemic-wise) so we can see each other again – let us know of your ideas/events and we’ll post them for others to attend as a part of “conference week” – anything educational, recreational, or otherwise celebratory! (See Chad’s article about the conference for more info). APA and Chapter election ballots should be out soon – be sure to review your choices for leadership and vote!! No “stolen” elections at APA!
