Support the Upcoming Joint Conference

As you know, our state APA chapter holds an annual state conference. The 2016 conference will be a joint conference between the Washington and Oregon Chapters. It will be held in Portland, Oregon at the Oregon Convention Center on October 27-28.  We are working on a great speaker line up and hoping for excellent registration numbers. The last joint conference in 2011 attracted over 500 attendees from a broad range of private, public, and institutional representation. 

One key reality in conference planning is that funding support is critical to putting on the conference. Thus, we are seeking sponsorships for this year’s conference. Understanding that the ability to underwrite the conference varies by organization, we have developed several levels of support. All levels of support will be visible to APA Oregon and Washington chapter members, which include professional planners, attorneys, planning commissioners, and consultants while supporting an exceptional conference.
