2014 Conference Attendees: Welcome to the Inland Empire

Welcome to the Inland Empire.

The Inland Empire Section is proud to welcome the APA Washington Annual Conference to Spokane. This year’s conference is in one of the greatest buildings, in one of the greatest urban places in Washington. Those of us who call Spokane home love to show off both the Davenport Hotel and Downtown Spokane.

When you make it to the conference, be sure to put aside some time to experience a little of what our home has to offer. Our host committee has arranged great social events, including the Way of the Marmot Pub Crawl and Scavenger Hunt. The conference includes many fascinating sessions featuring some of the best planning work from across Washington State. We have also designed top notch mobile workshops that give you a chance to get out and explore.

The Inland Empire is a great place to live, work, play, and visit. It is also a captivating and challenging place to be a planner. We are really looking forward to seeing you at the conference, sharing our stories, and hearing what you have to share with us.

Looking forward to seeing you in October!

Dave Andersen, AICPAPA Washington
Inland Empire Section President
