WA Planners Get Together at NPC in NOLA

During the recent APA National Planning Conference in New Orleans, a group of about 75 Washington planners got together at the Rebellion Bar to catch up.  A good time was had by all as we ate fabulous gumbo, jambalaya, catfish, and other local fares.
